Room360 PRO Privacy PolicyEffective Date: September 3, 2026Last Updated: September 3, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Auroom FZ-LLC, trading as Room360 (“Room360”, “we”, “us”), processes personal data when you use Room360 PRO (“PRO Service”). PRO includes AI-assisted processing of selected photographs, room scans and partner-provided catalogue content. It does not apply to the Consumer Service.Controller, age and dataController: Auroom FZ-LLCAddress: HD 04A, in5 Design, Dubai Design District, Dubai, UAEPrivacy contact: Aleksandr Sinaiskii, info@room360.aiYou must be at least 16 to create a PRO account, upload photographs or scans, process catalogue content or make PRO purchases.We process account and authentication data from Apple or Google; device, security and usage data; Apple subscription and render-purchase data; email and push preferences; support communications; and retailer-referral information.For PRO we process selected photographs from the local device catalogue, room-scan videos and temporary frames, technical scan metadata, resulting room geometry, 3D models, renders, projects, and partner-authorised catalogue cards including product images, descriptions and attributes. Local catalogue photographs remain on your device until you delete them. When you select one for PRO processing, it is transmitted for that processing. Avoid uploading people, identity documents, payment cards, health information or other unnecessary personal data.AI and OpenAI APIRoom360 uses the OpenAI API only in PRO to recognise objects in authorised partner catalogue content, process selected user photographs and room scans, and generate 3D models or related outputs.OpenAI API data is not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default, and Room360 does not opt in to training OpenAI models with PRO content. Under OpenAI’s standard API data controls, customer content and related metadata may be retained in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days. We will update this Policy if Room360 obtains and enables an approved OpenAI retention control that changes this practice.Purpose, storage and retentionWe use this data to provide PRO processing and AI-assisted recognition/model generation; operate accounts; process Apple subscriptions and render purchases; secure and debug the Service; send marketing with consent; and process partner catalogue content that a partner has authorised us to process. Where GDPR applies, the bases are performance of a contract, consent for marketing, legitimate interests/security, and legal obligations.Room-scan videos are stored and processed in Amazon Web Services, eu-west-1 (Dublin, Ireland). We delete raw scan videos immediately after the requested render is successfully delivered. If delivery is not completed, we delete the raw scan at your next launch of the App and in all cases no later than 30 days after upload.Selected PRO photographs remain stored only in the local catalogue on your device until you delete them; Room360 does not back up these local catalogue photographs to cloud storage. OpenAI API content may be retained for up to 30 days as stated above. PRO projects, 3D models and renders are retained while in your account and deleted from active systems within [90 DAYS] after deletion or account closure. Security logs are retained for [90 DAYS].Recipients, transfers and rightsWe share data only as needed with AWS and AWS Amplify for hosting, storage, authentication, backend, email and push notifications; OpenAI; Apple and Google for sign-in; Apple for subscriptions and in-app purchases; authorised partner catalogue providers; retailers/affiliate networks after a referral; and authorities or advisers where required by law.Room360 is based in the UAE; AWS scan processing occurs in Ireland; OpenAI may process PRO content outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where required, we use an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism. We do not sell personal data or use PRO user content for advertising profiling.Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw marketing consent; and request deletion in the App through User Account → Delete Account or by emailing info@room360.ai. EEA and UK users may complain to their local data-protection authority.
