Room360 Consumer Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Auroom FZ-LLC, trading as Room360 (“Room360”, “we”, “us”), governing the Room360 Consumer App and related website (the “Consumer Service”). By using it, you accept these Terms and the [Consumer Privacy Policy](INSERT LINK).

Eligibility and service

You must be at least 16 to create an account, scan a room, upload content, purchase renders or use retailer links. The App Store content rating does not mean the Consumer Service is directed to children.

The Consumer Service lets you scan a room, use Room360’s server-side algorithms to create a 3D representation and render, view products and access retailer links. It does not use OpenAI-powered AI features. It is a visualisation tool, not architectural, engineering, construction, electrical, plumbing, legal or professional design advice. Verify dimensions, fit, price, availability, safety and installation requirements before acting on a result.

Your content

You retain ownership of your videos, room scans, projects and other uploaded content. You grant Room360 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and transform it only to provide, secure and support the Consumer Service, including creation of a 3D model and render.

You confirm that you have the right to scan the premises and upload the content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or unnecessary sensitive content.

Purchases and retailers

Apple processes subscriptions and in-app purchases of renders. Apple’s terms apply. Room360 receives only the transaction information needed to provide or restore your purchase.

Retailer links lead to independent sellers. The retailer, not Room360, is the seller, merchant of record, delivery provider and provider of returns, warranties and customer service. Room360 may receive a commission from an attributed retailer purchase.

Use, ownership and liability

You may use the Consumer Service personally and only as intended. You must not reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, circumvent security, commercially exploit the Service, or use Room360 or retailer materials outside the Service without permission. Room360 and its licensors own the Service; retailer product data, images and marks belong to their respective owners.

The Service may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, product availability or a particular design outcome. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room360 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Room360 in the 12 months before the claim or AED 500.

Termination, law and contact

You may delete your account in the App through User Account → Delete Account or by contacting info@room360.ai. We may suspend access for a material breach, security risk or legal requirement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live.
