Room360 PRO Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Auroom FZ-LLC, trading as Room360 (“Room360”, “we”, “us”), governing Room360 PRO (“PRO Service”). By using it, you accept these Terms and the [PRO Privacy Policy](http://room360.ai/proprivacypolicy).
Eligibility and PRO features
You must be at least 16 years old to use PRO. PRO uses the OpenAI API to process selected user photographs, room scans and authorised partner catalogue content to recognise catalogue objects, analyse room geometry and generate 3D models and related outputs.
PRO is a visualisation and workflow tool, not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, legal or professional design advice. Verify measurements, fit, availability, price, safety and installation requirements before acting on any output.
User content and catalogue content
You retain ownership of your photographs, scans, projects and other uploaded content. You grant Room360 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, process and transform it only to provide, secure and support PRO, including OpenAI API processing and creation of 3D models and renders.
You confirm that you have the right to scan the premises, upload the content and permit its processing; and that any partner catalogue content you submit has been provided or authorised by the relevant partner. Do not upload people, personal documents, payment data or other unnecessary sensitive content.
AI outputs, purchases and retailers
AI outputs are illustrative and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular space. They are not a guarantee of product availability, dimensions, safety, legal compliance or final visual outcome. OpenAI API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default; OpenAI may retain PRO content for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, as stated in the PRO Privacy Policy.
Apple processes subscriptions and in-app purchases of renders. Retailer links lead to independent sellers; Room360 is not the merchant of record for retailer purchases and may receive an attributed referral commission. Product images, marks and catalogue data remain the property of their respective partners.
Use, ownership and liability
You may use PRO only as intended and must not reverse engineer, scrape, circumvent security, disrupt the Service, infringe third-party rights or commercially exploit Room360 or partner materials without permission. Room360 and its licensors own the PRO Service and its software, interface and other materials.
The PRO Service may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted service, AI accuracy, catalogue completeness or a particular design result. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room360 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Room360 in the 12 months before the claim or AED 500.
Termination, law and contact
You may delete your account in the App through User Account → Delete Account or contact info@room360.ai. We may suspend access for a material breach, security risk or legal requirement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live.
